Proper lockout/tagout (LOTO) practices and procedures safeguard workers from hazardous energy releases. This presentation will provide insight on how to leverage Sprocket's new LOTO and Checklists functionality to outline action, procedures, and accountability for addressing and controlling hazardous energy during servicing and maintenance of machines and equipment.

Presentation: Inspections Enhancement
Is your system allowing you to ask the right questions at the right times? Sprocket now provides the ability to base dispatch action questions on previously answered questions or other criteria. See how some customers are using Sprocket to ask for information from their users only when necessary while not inundating the user with too many questions. Examples include: ask for the number of hours on a forklift only when there is hours being tracked, ask for warranty or SDS information on parts only when it is required.

This presentation will review the steps to configure Sprocket CMMS to support an asset criticality scoring system. It will also present how to use this data to better plan and schedule work and implement a Preventive Maintenance Optimization program.
